			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently, I have been quite interested in jazz music because it is very soothing and allows me to clear my mind at the end of a particularly stressful workday. I’ve also found that is helps me relax when I am driving in the midst of an irritating traffic jam or experiencing road rage. Although it is often hard for me to find the name of a song I hear on the radio to download for later listening, I am able to focus on enjoying the song for the moment.</p>
<p>I also listen to jazz music when I am doing yoga in the morning because it helps me really get into the mood and perform my best in order to prepare for the day ahead. During previous years, I had been a clarinet player and have since really grown to love the sound of a clarinet in a jazz piece. It reminds me of the times when I was in my high school’s band, and has led me to consider learning how to play some pieces of jazz music on my clarinet again. Overall, I feel that jazz music allows for my body and mind to be fully connected.</p>
